CANCELLATION POLICY

•Cancellation policy I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore i would respectfully require 24 hours notice for all cancellations. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours, you will be charged 20% of the cost of the scheduled service! •No show/ No call If you do not show up for you scheduled appointment you will be charged 100% of the service scheduled. No refunds or exceptions made! •Refunds and Deposits If you leave a deposit for any service, the deposit goes towards the service for that date and time. THE DEPOSIT IS NON TRANSFERRABLE AND NON REFUNDABLE!! If you decide to cancel and reschedule, you will forfeit your deposit. We do not offer refunds of any kind. No exceptions. If by any chance you are not happy with your hair, I am willing to fix it or try something new on my end regardless I will accommodate you.
